Public Offer
1. General Provisions: this Agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and defines the terms of purchasing goods through the SUNFLOWER online store.
2. Subject of the Agreement: the seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this Agreement.
3. Placing an Order: orders are placed through the website or by phone. The fact of placing an order confirms acceptance of the terms of the agreement.
4. Product Price: the price of the product is indicated on the website. The seller has the right to change the price unilaterally. Changes do not apply to already placed orders.
5. Payment: payment is made in cash upon receipt, by bank card online, or by bank transfer.
6. Delivery: delivery is carried out by company courier, taxi, or self-pickup. Delivery terms and cost are agreed upon when placing an order.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties: the seller undertakes to provide quality goods and timely delivery. The buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the order.
Additional Information
This agreement comes into force from the moment of placing an order and is valid until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to the agreement. The current version is always available on the website.
